dnsLogin.com general policy is to act as a provider of internet presence. dnsLogin.com has specific ethical concerns regarding the use of its computers detailed below. dnsLogin.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer's access to any or all services provided by dnslogin.com when we decide that the account has been inappropriately used.

The Internet is a powerful information and entertainment tool. We would expect our customers to use the Internet with respect, courtesy, and responsibility, giving due regard to the rights of other Internet users.

As a major provider to the Internet community, dnsLogin.com' acceptable use policy is designed to produce a better environment for us all. Common sense is the best guide as to what is considered acceptable use.

The following are unacceptable uses:

Illegality
In any form, including but not limited to activities such as unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities.

Net abuse
Including but not limited to activities such as using a nonexistent return e-mail address on a commercial solicitation, spamming (sending unsolicited advertising to numerous e-mail addresses or newsgroups and/or generating a significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user), trolling (posting outrageous messages in newsgroups to generate numerous responses), mail-bombing (sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user), subscribing someone else to a mailing list without that person's permission, cross-posting articles to an excessive number of newsgroups, or attempting without authorization to enter into a secured computer system.

Tortuous Conduct
Including but not limited to posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person without their consent, intentionally inflicting emotional distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights.

Misuse Of System Resources
Including but not limited to employing posts or programs which consume excessive CPU time or storage space.

Payment Policies
All pricing is guaranteed for the term of pre-payment. dnsLogin.com reserves the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon. Any account not brought current within a week (7 days) of e-mail notice or exceeding this time frame in any way is subject to suspension. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer notifies dnslogin.com in writing for a request for termination of services. All payment is in U.S. currency.

Cancellation
dnsLogin.com reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by dnsLogin.com. if dnsLogin.com institutes it's right of cancellation. Any violation of policies which results in extra costs will be billed to the customer (i.e. transfer, space etc.) Customers can cancel service any time and be refunded any amount exceeding the pre-payment of the current month. Due to security concerns, all account cancellations must be done in writing via register mail and fax with a valid signature of the primary contact of the account, account name, reason for cancellation. Payment will be made by checque within 15 days of receipt of cancellation.

Domain Name
dnsLOGIN.com will acquire, at the request of the Customer, an Internet Domain Name(only from the HKNIC and dnslogin.com) on behalf of the Customer. In such case the Customer hereby waives any and all claims which it may have against dnsLOGIN.com for any loss, damage, claim or expense arising out of, or in relation to registration of such Domain Name in any online or off-line network directories, membership lists or registration lists, or the release of the Domain Name from such directories or lists following the termination of services by dnsLOGIN.com for any reason. Any costs incurred by dnsLOGIN.com in obtaining or maintaining a domain name for Customer or its customers shall be at the expense of the Customer. agreement.......

Lawful Purpose
dnsLogin.com reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Customers may only use dnsLogin.com server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. dnsLogin.com Host expressly forbids anyone from using dnsLogin.com servers for the propagation, distribution, housing, processing, storing, or otherwise handling in any way lewd, obscene, or pornographic material, or any other material which we deem to be objectionable, including, but not limited to, pornography, satanic materials, and any and all materials of an adult nature. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of dnsLogin.com management.

Reseller-EUP ( End User Provider ) :
EUP Service : Provide clients(end user) and connections service.
EUP Payment : Payment for the reseller plan per annum.
Payment by End user: only pay you(EUP) for your commission according to your scheme.
Reseller : By dnsLOGIN direct to end user

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold dnsLogin.com harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against dnsLogin.com, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless dnsLogin.com against liabilities arising out of; (1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with dnsLogin.com' server; (2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; (3) copyright infringement and (4) any defective products sold to customer from dnsLogin.com' server.

All Sub-Networks, resellers and dedicated servers of dnsLogin.com must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.

We reserve the right to determine what constitutes acceptable use.

Modifications
dnsLOGIN.com reserves the right to make changes to any of the above terms and conditions of this agreement immediately and without notice to Customer. Changes in monthly service fees are effective only at the end of any calendar quarter for which Customer has already prepaid. The use of the service by the Customer following the effective date of such change shall be proof of acceptance of Customer of such change(s).

Activities not allowed

Illegal files, Adult Services, Pornography, Escort Services, Pirate files, Warez, Serialz / Crackz, IRC, Any MP3 files, Slander / Libel, Impersonations, Promotion of violence or terrorism, Racial / Sexual / Political discrimination and other services we deem inappropriate. Spamming / Junkmail is not tolerated.

You are buying a very low priced service. We reserve the right to charge you for legal costs and time spent dealing with complaints we receive for your activities while using the server. Illegal activities will not be tolerated and servers will be closed down without warnings or refunds at our discretion.
